“Immediately upon graduating from Maritime Economics in 1998, Diego Sabbatini began his career at Navalcarena Group with the responsibility of controlling the purchasing department.
In 2000 joined Deiulemar Shipping SpA as responsible for purchasing and logistic operation of the entire fleet. This role included capillary cost control for each ship by means of a database that could provide the deviation between actual and budgetted costs.
When needed he personally followed the ships’ drydocks as regards to sandblasting and hull painting operations.
In 2012, he moved to Romeo Shipping Group covering essentially the same role he had at Deiulemar Shipping, as Purchasing and Logistic Manager.
End of 2014 joined Tefin scrl having the task to manage the entire Procurement and Logistic process by liaising and assisting the technical department”
